 Story
Azad Chandra Sekhar (Brahmaji) is a honest and powerful
cop. Pandey (Ananda Raj) is a mafia guy. Sivani (Sindhu)
is a lawyer. Azad is on the prowl to attack Pandey's
atrocities by clipping his wings. In the process, Pandey
rapes Sivani. Azad marries Sivani in order to give a
respectable social status to her. The rest of the story
is all about how Azad puts an end to the life of Pandey.
 Artists
                          Performance Brahmaji:
For the first time, Brahmaji played the role of solo
hero in his career. Incidentally Brahmaji played the
cop roles in his last two films - Johnny and Nijam.
Brahmaji is impressive and his dialogue delivery also
suited the characterization. His catch word in this
                          film is 'tolu teesta'. Others:
Sindhu Menon is OK. Ananda Raj is adequate. Bhanu Chandar
did hero's brother. He is good except for the jarring
dialogue delivery. Kondavalasa Lakshmana Rao played
the role of 'Johnny' (a head constable) in this film.
Narasimha Raju - as the father of heroine - is fair. Technical
                          Departments: Story:
It's a routine story of a police inspector we see from
the days of 'Ankusam'. Its very predictable. Screenplay
                          - direction: The taking of this film is meant to
entertain the front-benchers. The direction of the film
is average. The narration of the film is so quick that
it took 1 hour 45 minutes narrate it. Screenplay is
                          mediocre. Other
departments: Background score by Vandemataram is
so so. He recycled old scores as background music in
this film. Dialogues are OK at times and average most
of the times. Editing is not good. There quite a few
jumps in the editing of this film. Fights by Ram Lakshman
are adequate. Production of the film is done on low
                          budget.
                          Analysis: The film
is an old cop story made with a new hero. 'Inspector'
offers no excitement. Brahmaji might shine in future
as a solo hero, if he chooses good scripts. The best
part of the film is its duration - 1:45 hrs. It's a
firm 'no' for A centers. It might do well in B and C
centers, because of its mass quotient. Other
