'Ginjuwari
Palem' is a remote village in AP, which does not have basic
amenities like drinking water and power supplies. There is
an MLA called 'Buchayya' who made sure that all the grants
are directed to him home than development of this village
in his constituency.
Ravanna is a wayward youth, who is misguided and misutilized
by Buchaiah. Ravanna's is ultra-loyal to his master Buchayya.
Buchayya used Ravanna as a weapon to threaten those who oppose
his ridiculous activities.
Major Chowdary arrives along with his sister Sirisha to live
his retired life. Major Chowdary has an amputated hand because
he participated in Kargil war. The government has granted
him 5 acres of land in 'Ginjuvari Palam'. Sirisha starts working
as a teacher in an elementary school.
In the meantime Major Chowdary tries to change the system
and Ravanna, in vein. Buchaiah realizes that Major Chowdary
and his sister are brain washing the villagemen by telling
them about human rights. Buchayya asks to Ravanna to make
Major Chowdary and Sirisha vacate the village. In order to
humiliate Sirisha, Ravanna slips in her bathroom and there
by creates an impression that he is having an illegal affair
with Sirisha.
An embarrassed and humiliated Bharat Nari she is, Sirisha
consumes poison. She is duly rescued by Ravanna and recovers
from the ailment. Meantime, Buchayya plots a ploy to eliminate
adverse CM and replace him. He sends Ravanna on the Mission:
Kidnap CM. Meantime Sirisha takes the help of Police and Court
to arrest Ravanna and there by passing an order by court that
Ravanna has to marry Sirisha for slipping into her bathroom.
After the marriage is over, he again gets ready to accomplishing
the task of Kidnapping CM. When Ravanna kidnaps CM, Buchaiah
jumps into action by claiming that Ravanna is a naxalite and
major Chowdary and Sirisha are members of Ravanna Dalam.
We reach to climax as Ravanna struggling to come out of the
trap laid by Buchaiah and Major Chowdary and Sirisha hooked
up in the police station. You have to watch this film to know
the gruesome climax in store for you.

Performance |
Artists:
Krishna: Krishna did his powerful role of Major Chowdary
with zest. His dialogues are a treat to ears. A must watch
film for all the Krishna fans.
Soundarya: She did this role of a meek women with poise.
Stature of Soundarya is not needed for this mundane role.
Raja Sekhar: Its pity to see Raja Sekhar in
these sort of stupid roles. He is gone to his 'Magaadu' days
by choosing senseless story like this. The most amusing thing
about this film is that this story was recommended by Jeevita.
Though he did well when it comes to histrionic part of it.
The dubbing for him was done badly. We cannot receive some
other guy doing dubbing after the inscrutable Sai Kumar has
done for him.
Sanghavi: She has a small role and a song. She was
totally 'exploited' in that song by various means.
Narra: He did his role as a father of 'Sanghavi' well.
Nice to see veterans like him giving the dialogue delivery
in pure(unadulterated) Telugu.
Other Departments
Direction: B Gopal has the knack of showing simple
thing in a more effective and technical manner. But his touch
of genius is blatantly missing in this film. Probably it has
something to do with somebody's interference.
Dialogues: Dialogues by Posani Krishna Murali are powerful
and sometimes raw. But he could have avoided unnecessary double
entendre dialogues in some scenes.
Music: SA Raj Kumar, known for his penchant for Melody,
must have been asked to give fast beat music for this film,
which proved to the undoing of the film's scores. All the
song are routine except for the 'Vandematharam' patriotic
score.

Analysis |
Finally,
this film has seen the light of day. The role of Major Chowdary
was initially made for Prakash Raj. But due to insistence
of raja Sekhar they tried for a real Kargil Jawan to play
the role. And finally they landed up with having the evergreen
Krishna doing the role. After watching the film one might
get a feeling that the story was changed on-the-fly to accommodated
the vested interest of some of the artists in the film. And
the loser turns out to the poor viewer, who lands up in the
cinema hall expecting B Gopal to deliver another mass film.
A must watch for Krishna fans for their matinee idol's brilliant
performance and strictly recommended for others not to watch.
