Ramachandra Rao is quite well known for family comedies like
'Chitram Bhalarae Vichitram' etc. And this film too is quite
entertaining with a sort of comedy of errors indulged by two
friends, Amir Khan (J.D. Chakravarti) and Amarnath Sastry
(Ramesh Aravind). Aamaranath, a university gold medallist
a badly in need of a job. Amir Khan, his classmate and good
friend, wants to help him out.

Amir Khan's father (Giribabu) is a close friend of a well-known
educationist Abdullah, so Amir is offered a job in one of
Abdullah's institutions. Amir Khan asks his friend Amarnath
to take this job in his place. Abdullah, who had seen Amir
only in his childhood, remains unaware of the switchover.
So while Amarnath takes up the job, Amir leaves for Mumbai
                    in preparation to go abroad.

There is Narahari (Jayaprakash Reddy), a professional rival
to Abdullah waiting to hit Abdullah at an opportune time.
And the chance comes his way when he realizes Amarnath is
impersonating as Amir after his daughter Meenakshi (Meera
Vasudevan) discloses it. A series of hilarious attempts to
expose him form the rest of the drama. Eventually Meenakshi
falls in love with Amarnath, while Amir falls for Abdulla's
                    daughter.

It is a good respite for J.D. Chakravarthi. He performs well.
Neha and Chakravarthi team up well in the song and dance scenes.
Ramesh Aravind and Meera too present their roles interestingly,
etched in lighter vein. Brahmanandam makes good contribution
to the humor drama, displaying sense of timing. Jayaprakash
Reddy, Giribabu, Gundu Hanumanth Rao also blend themselves
well. Music by Vandemataram goes well with the mood of the
                    film.
