Shankar's upcoming film I has been titled as Manoharudu in Telugu. Aascar Ravichandran, who's producing the film, had already registered this time. Vikram and Amy Jackson are playing the lead roles in this romantic thriller and Shankar is looking to cast another heroine. Suresh Gopi and Santhanam are playing crucial roles. The film's shooting recently began in Chennai. A R Rahman is composing the music and P C Sriram is the cinematographer. Shankar and Vikram have teamed up after seven years and their previous film, Aparichutudu, which released back in 2005, was a big hit. Since it's one of the most eagerly awaited film, Aascar Ravichandran is spending a bomb to produce the film and it's likely to be the biggest budget film in Vikram's career so far.
