Sumanth’s Sankranthi release Pourudu completed 100 days. The 100 days function of this film was held at Hotel Swarna Palace in Vijayawada.

Speaking on the occasion sumanth said, “It is a proud moment for me as films of all 4 generation heroes of Akkineni (ANR’s Daddy Daddy, Nagarjuna Gharana Bullodu, Akhil’s Sisindri and Sumanth’s Pourudu) ran for 100 days in the same theater of Swarna Palace. I hope that Naga Chaitanya’s future film too will run for 100 days. My films Satyam, Gowri, madhumasam and Pourudu ran for 100 days in Vijayawada.”
