175 days function of Athadu film was organized by Diddi Rambabu (President of All India Superstar Krishna Fans Association) at 11:30 am on 31st January 2006 at Sudarshan 35 mm. Mahesh Babu created unique record by having 3 silver jubilee films (Murari, Okkadu & Athadu) running in Sudarshan 35mm for 175 days.

This function was graced by MS Raju, Trivikram Srinivas, N Sudhakar Reddy, Asian Sunil, Nanda Gopal (theater owner) and Gnaneswara Rao.

A cheque for 1 lakh each is donated to the sister and mother of Sheik Moulali who died while procuring the ticket of Athadu on day one in Tadipatri.

HRHK will run for 250 days - MS Raju
MS Raju said that he is feeling very happy as if he produced Athadu film. He assured Mahesh Babu fans that they would have many more huge functions in the future. His next film with Mahesh Babu and Trivikram is titled as Hare Rama Hare Krishna. He cheered the fans up by saying that HAHK film would run for 250 days.

It is unfortunate that Krishna is not given Padma Bhushan - Diddi Rambabu
Fans president Diddi Rambabu said that is very unfortunate of the Government to left out superstar Krishna for Padma Bhushan award. It was Krishna who brought the westerners in Telugu films and introduced new technology and flavor in Telugu films. He also did lots of social service whenever there was natural calamity in AP. Mahesh Babu’s films Murari (2001), Okkadu (2003) and Athadu (2005) ran for 175 days in Sudardhan 35mm theater. On this eve fans are distributing cloths and sweets to the staff of Sudarshan 35mm. Fans are also presenting gold chains to the theater managers of Sudarshan 35mm and Devi 70mm.

Director Trivikram said that he is feeling very happy on the eve of 175 days function of Athadu. He referred to few dialogues from Athadu film and attributed them to the fans. He assured that HRHK is going to be a sensational hit.
