Vishnu and Manoj hosted a surprise party for Mohan Babu by inviting film celebrities of Telugu cinema without the knowledge of Mohan Babu. Mohan Babu completed 30 years of his career as an actor on 22nd Nov. Mohan Babu was in for a surprise when he saw so many well wishers coming for the celebrations which he never planned. This surprise party was held at Fortune Katriya hotel on the night of 22nd November 2005.

The film celebrities who graced this occasion include Chiranjeevi, Bala Krishna, Venkatesh, Rajendra Prasad, Srikanth, Vishnu, Manoj, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Ali, Sunil, Sivaji Raja, Dasari Padma, Daggubati, Purandhareswari, C Aswini Dutt, Allu Arvind, Dr. Venkateswara Rao, Shyam Prasad Reddy, Gemini Kiran, Ramesh Prasad, Raju Harwani, Mallidi Satyanarayana Reddy, Bapu, B Gopal, Raviraja Pinisetty, Kodi Rama Krishna, Suresh Krishna, Muthyala Subbayya, Seenu Vytla, K Rajendra, Jaya Sudha and Sumalatha.

All the heroes shared their sweet memories with Mohan Babu on this occasion. Incidentally 23rd November is the birthday of Vishnu. Vishnu cut the cake at 12 midnight with the wishes of the guests. The guests dispersed at 12:30 am.
