Audio of Nidhi Prasad’s latest film Bhagyalakshmi Bumper Draw was released in a grand style at a function organized near Durgam Cheruvu. This film is a remake of Hindi blockbuster Malamal Weekly. Priyadarshan who directed Malamal weekly attended this function as chief guest.
The guests who made it to the function include Srikanth, Rajendra Prasad, Rishi, Farzana and Abhinaya Sri.
Speaking on the occasion writer LB Sriram said, “I penned dialogues for a film in the form of BBD after a gap of 7 years. There are more than 25 comedians in this film and it was difficult task to write dialogues. Nidhi Prasad is an able director and a good work master. Bhagyalakshmi Bumper Draw is going to be a nonstop entertainer.”
Rajendra Prasad said, “Its been 28 years since I came to Telugu film industry and I had gone through slumps in my career. Aa Naluguru film doled me out of the last slump. I did the role of Bullebbai in thi film. I am sure none of my contemporaries would dare to do such kind of role.”
Speaking on the occasion director Nidhi Prasad said, “I am ekalavya sishya of director Priyadarshan. Doing a remake of his film is a tough task. Srikanth is a personal friend of me. He gave me Nidhi offer during his peak time when Pelli Sandadi was running for 175 days.”
Aditya music bought the audio rights.
