Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy attended the first film function after he assumed the chief ministership. That is the audio function of 'Letha Manasulu' produced by Balasouri (Congress MP from Tenali) and Anant Varma (ex TDP MLA of Bapatla). This film stars Srikanth and Kalyani in the main leads. SV Krishna Reddy directed this film. MM Keeravani scored music. Actress Shriya is the cynosure of all eyes at this function that is anchored by Suma. Madhura entertainments has bought audio rights of this film.

This function was held in a grand style at Hotel Kakateeya Sheraton Hotel. Dr. Y Raja Sekhara Reddy was there just for a minute and in his brief speech, he said that he came to the function as a Congress MP Balasouri produced this film. Director SV Krishna Reddy thanked MM Keeravani for giving tender music for this film. MM Keeravani wrote a couple of songs as well.

Suma anchored this event. Comedian Venu Madhav entertained crowds with his hilarious translation of Shriya's words.
