Sri Ramalayam banner is producing a film titled 'Mogudu Pellam O Dongudu' (MPOD) film in the direction of Venky with just 3 characters - Raja, Shriya and Brahmanandam. The 2-hour duration film has only one location of a bed room in the entire film. Audio of this film is released by D Rama Naidu at a function arranged in Film Nagar Club on the night of 23rd June. Tammareddy Bharadwaja, MS Raju and Ali also attended this function. The cast and crewmembers who made it to the function include hero Raja, Brahmanandam, music director Kabuli, lyricist Chandra Bose, lyricist Peddada Murthy, director Venky and dialogue writer Marudhuri Raja.

D Rama Naidu released the audio and gave the 1st and 2nd cassettes to MS Raju and Tammareddy Bharadwaja respectively.

D Rama Naidu said he knew the producer Vakada Appa Rao very well as Supergood banner made many films with Venkatesh as hero. Rama Naidu also saw the songs of the film and felt that they were nice duets.

Tammareddy Bharadwaja who made a film with director with Venky in the past said that he knew the storyline and felt that its an interesting one. He wished the entire team the very best.

Comedy king Brahmanandam said, "Producer Vakada Anjan Kumar took the risk of producing an experimental film like MPOD. The entire film has 3 characters and single location that run for 2 hours. It is very difficult to make such a film. But Venky came up with an interesting screenplay to make the film an entertaining one. Marudhuri Raja helped Venky in getting the dialogues with right measure. Music director Kabuli came up with good work."

Hero Raja said that it is a very difficult talk for any director to do such a film and Venky successfully completed in accomplishing it.

Lyricist Chandrabose penned a first night song in this film that balances the both ingredients of Srungaram (sexuality) and Pavitrata (sanctity). Peddada Murthy penned two lyrics and the remaining songs were penned by Sahiti.

Marudhuri Raja said, "I saw the film. It is a good effort by Venky. When I was struggling as ghost writer in the past, it was Brahmandam who gave me moral support with inspiring words."

Director Venky said, "I narrated the storyline of MPOD to Brahmanandam when I was directing Kabaddi Kabaddi. Brahmanandam liked it and followed it up with me about the progress. Thanks to the producer Vakada Appa Rao. This film has finally come a reality to me. Cinematographer Vasu has done a terrific work with his lighting schemes. This character would remain as one of the most memorable characters in the illustrious career of Brahmanandam."

Producer Vakada Apparao said, "MPOD is the first Indian film with just three characters. Though a 3-characters film, MPOD would have the right mix of love, comedy and message."

Sathenna anchored the event. Aditya Music has bought the audio rights of MPOD.
