NTR has been lucky mascot for Maharshi cinema banner in the recent times. He released the audios of Valliddaru Istapaddaru and Kabaddi Kabaddi. These films went on to become blockbusters. To continue the sentiment of NTR opening the audio of Jagapati Babu, the Maharshi cinema banner has invited NTR as the chief guest on 18th January 2005.

Sabhapati directed Pandem with Jagapati Babu and Kalyani in the main leads. Chakri scored music. Aditya music bought the audio rights. Anupama anchored the event. NTR released the audio and gave the first unit to music director Chakri.
