Superstar Krishna launched the audio of Mahesh Babu’s Pokiri on the night of 4th April at a function arranged in Viceroy Hotel and gave the first unit to Mahesh Babu. Krishna Fans association president Diddi Rambabu bought 116 audiocassettes on this eve. Jamadagni (a senior Krishna fan from Gudiwada) bought a cassette for 1,116/- from superstar Krishna. Audio of the film will be available on the racks from 6th April onwards. This film will be releasing on 28th of this month.

Speaking on the occasion superstar Krishna wished that Pokiri will become a record-breaking one among Mahesh Babu’s films and the biggest hit of year 2006. Vijaya Nirmala said that Mahesh Babu strained a lot for this film and wished that the film will be big success.

Puri Jagan informed that the audio of the film will be available for sale on 6th of this month. He said that he would take action against piracy and illegal online streaming of songs.

This function was also attended by Ileana, Namrata, Manjula, Sanjay, Bhagawan, Danayya, Chalasani Ramesh and Sayaji Shinde. Aditya music bought audio rights. Gayatri Bhargavi anchored the event.
