Music of Ram Gopal varma’s latest movie Rakta Charitra was launched at a function organized in Prasad Labs at today morning. Ram Gopal Varma, C Kalyan, Madhu Manthena, Sheetal Talwar, Chinna Vasudeva Reddy, Raj Kumar and Madhura Sreedhar attended it.

Speaking on the occasion, Ram Gopal Varma said, “Rakta Charitra is the most important film in my career. It sports a story derived from real incidents and I had never come accross such a story in my life where is there so much of scope for drama and cinematic elements. It has got intense episodes and its a fictional film based on truth. I tried to condence a story happened over 20 years to fit in 2 and half hours of screen time. Hence, I might omit certain things. I sang a story in the movie and it encapsulates the theme of the film.”

Music distributor Madhura Sridhar said, “I am a huge fan of Ram Gopal Varma. He gave a new dimension to a song in this movie by rendering it. Dabbunnoda and Kathulatho Saavasam are my favorites in this album.”
