Raja Sekhar acted in the remake of Tamil hit 'Villain'
in Telugu in the direction of KS Ravi Kumar. Singanamala
Ramesh Babu - a famous film financier - is producing
this film on Kanakarathna banner.
Chandra
Babu Naidu has participated for the first time in
a filmy function after the gruesome 2nd October Assassination
attempt on him when he unveiled the audio of Raja
Sekhar's film Villain at his residence on 29th October
2003. He released the audiocassette and gave the first
unit to Pullala Gopichand, a Hyderabad based world-renowned
badminton player.
Later
a function was organized in a floor at Annapurna studios.
Dr. Raja Sekhar - who is known for his kind heart
when it comes to charity - took this opportunity to
donate 50 stitching machines to the needy and 50 wheel
chairs to handicapped people. Raja Sekhar is also
the vice president of Red Cross for AP state.
In
his short speech, director KS Ravi Kumar said that
the film Villain would speak for itself when it releases.
He said that he would prefer to speak in 100 days
function of Villain.
Hero
Raja Sekhar said that he liked the Tamil version of
Villain immensely, but hesitated to act in Telugu
remake as he was not sure if he could do justice to
the role. But it was his team member who supported
him and after the shoot is completed everybody started
praising Raja Sekhar's histrionics. Raja Sekhar branded
this film as entertaining action thriller. Raja Sekhar
announced the release date of this film as 14th November,
which happens to be the Children's Day. Raja Sekhar
said that he is always ahead when it come to contributing
something to society. He assured that he would donate
something to needy for all filmy functions he celebrates.
He thanked CM for releasing the audio of Villain.
Vidya
Sagar scored the music. AVS and Anitha anchored this
event. Sohan Music got the audio rights of Villain.
