Hero Sivaji said that the openings of this film were weak due to two flopped delivered by Sivaji in the past. With better talk, the families are started coming to theaters and making this film hit, he added. Sivaji opined that music by Srilekha played a major role in the success of this film. Producer Surya Prakash said that this film is released with limited prints. Hence there is a demand of more prints.
