GV Prasad - son of Superstar Krishna's brother late G Hanumantha Rao - is making his foray into film production by establishing his home banner Damini Entertainments Pvt Ltd. He would be making a film each in Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. His Telugu film is being directed by SV Krishna Reddy with Rajendra Prasad and Srikanth as heroes.

Muhurat of this film was held at Padmalaya studios on 12th October (Vijaya Dasami). Dasari sounded the clapboard. MS Reddy switched on the camera and Superstar Krishna directed the first shot.

Director SV Krishna Reddy said, "This film would become another success like Hungama. The story of the film deals with the consequences of lying in unnecessary situations. Rajendra Prasad is playing the role similar to that of Lord Srikrishna in this film. Rajendra Prasad and Srikanth are going to be major plus points of the film. Sindhu Tolani and Pranathi are paired up with Srikanth and Siva Balaji respectively. There would be a heroine for Rajendra Prasad too. Regular shooting of this film would start on 27th of this month. We are aiming for 14th January 2006 release"

Rajendra Prasad said, "I am doing a film with SV Krishna Reddy after a long gap. I acted as hero in his first two films Rajendrudu Gajendrudu and Mayalodu. My character in this film believes that lie is as great and useful as truth. This film is going to be a big comedy entertainer"

Hero Srikanth said, "This is my 11th film in the combination of SV Krishna Reddy. I acted with Rajendra Prasad in Kshemamgavelli Labhamga Randi and Ninne Premista in the past"
