Jagapati Babu's latest mass film 'Jagapati' (Ye Center Aina OK) was launched today with much fanfare at Nanakramaguda Studios. Bigwigs of industry attended to bless the team of Jagapati.

EVV sounded clap board on hero and heroines. SS Rajamouli switched on camera. Jonnalagadda Srinivasa Rao directed the first shot. 100's of fans of Jagapti Babu attended this function as well.

Speaking on the occasion, hero Jagapati Babu said that he is confident of the subject of Jagapati film. Jagapati Babu described his birthday (12th Feb) this year to be a best birthday because of Pandem's box office success and the start of another mass film. This film is a matured love story with action backdrop. He is playing the role of a rowdy.

Director Jonnalagadda Srinivasa Rao said that 'Jagapati' is a commercial love story. A Tamil guy called Saravanan wrote the story of 'Jagapati'. Shooting of this film starts today and take place till 10th April 2005 in Hyderabad and Kurnool cities. Rakshita is playing a performance oriented character. Navneet Kaur plays a jovial character.
