Mohan Babu's latest film Political Rowdy (a remake of Tamil blockbuster Adithadi) was launched today at a function arranged in the house of Mohan Babu. Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao sounded the clap board. G Adiseshagiri Rao switched on the camera.

Mohan Babu said that he is banking on the good story of this film. For the first time he is doing in the combination of Prakash Raj. The shooting of this film would take place in locations like Tirupati, Hyderabad and Vizag. This film would be released either in the last week of June or the first week of July. Paruchuri Gopala Krishna said that Political Rowdy would be a better film compared Assembly Rowdy. There would be many satires on contemporary political situations. There is a love thread as well. Mohan Babu dons 3 get-ups in this film.

Tanikella Bharani said that he is playing the role of uncle to Mohan Babu.
