Ravi Teja's latest film 'Veede' (maa anda. Maa
aasa) went on floors on 25th June at a house set in
7 acres of Annapurna studios. Financier Singanamala Satyamurthy
gave the clap on lead pair and KS Rama Rao switched on the
camera.
Speaking
on the occasion, Ravi Raja Pinisetty said that he directed
Punyasthri, Muthyamanta Muddu and Chanti for
Creative Commercial banner spearheaded by KS Rama Rao. He
commended KS Rama Rao as the gusty producer. Ravi Raja said
that he directed Ravi Teja in a small role for Hindi film
Aaj Ka Goondaraj (Hindi version of Gang leader
starring Chiranjeevi). Ravi Raja expressed his pleasant
surprise at the new heights reached by Ravi Teja.
'Veede'
is the remake of Tamil film 'Dhool' which has a strong
storyline with a social message. The story in Dhool's
second half is changed to make it appear more convincing,
powerful and entertaining. This movie would be completed
in a single schedule.
Hero
Ravi Teja said that he worked as an assistant in Creative
Commercials banner in the beginning of his career. He also
said that he uttered his first dialogue in Ravi Raja directed
Kannada film Abhimanyu, which is a remake of Telugu
hit film Ankusam.
KS
Rama Rao said that Sinaganamala Ramesh is a leading financier
in Telugu, Tamil and Kannada film industry by financing
around 70 films under productions now. Rama Rao said that
Ravi Teja is doing an inspirational role in this film 'Veede'.
He also commended that intellect of Ravi Teja for choosing
the right kind of role by judging the mass pulse. He also
said that this film was screened by AM Ratnam (the producer
of original film 'Dhool') to a couple of leading
heroes in Telugu. But it was not selected by those heroes.
KS Rama Rao said that Chakri is providing sensational music
for this film. Three songs have been already recorded.
