Platinum disc function of Vamsi’s latest movie Gopi Gopika Godavari was held at Film Nagar Cultural Center today morning. Kamalinee Kukherjee and Venu are doing main leads in this film which is going to hit the marquee on 10 July. Chakri composed music.

Chakri said, “Music of Gopi Gopika Godavari became a big hit. It is a typical Vamsi’s movie with nice humor and sentiment. This is my fourth movie with Vamsi and I consider him as my Guru. He can sing all songs in this album. I am planning to make him sing for his next movie. The second half of the film is going to be very good. My father also acted in this movie.”

Lyricist Ramajogaiah Sastri expressed his satisfaction for penning lyrics for Vamsi’s movie.

Kamalinee Mukherjee said there is entertainment and good music in this movie.
