The premiere of Prakash Kovelamudi's (son of K Raghavendra Rao) feature film 'Belly Full of Dreams' was held during 14th International Children Film Festival at Prasads Multiplex on the evening of 18th November 2005. RaNa Daggubati (son of D Suresh Babu) and K Raghavendra Rao produced this film.

This premiere show was attended by lots of popular film personalities including Venkatesh, Uday Kiran, Allu Arjun, Ram Charan Teja, Naga Chaitanya, D Rama Naidu, C Aswini Dutt, Allu Arvind, D Suresh Babu, Ramesh Prasad, KL Narayana, Krishna Vamsi, Rajamouli, Chandra Sekhar Yeleti, EVV, Ravi Babu, Chota K Naidu, Ajay Vincent, Senthil Kumar, RP Patnaik, Satyanand, Tabu and Amala.
