After the success of Bunny, Mallidi Satyanarayana
Reddy is producing his next movie Bhageeratha. The
film which star Ravi Teja and Shriya in the lead has
the caption 'Nothing is Impossible'. The shooting
of the film is currently going on at Ramanaidu Studios
Nanakramguda.
Talking
to the press about the film Kona Venkat, dialogue
writer said, "This film has got Ravi Teja in
the lead and Prakash Raj as the villain, their combination
has done wonders to a lot of films. The kind of emotions
they share on screen is great and has contributed
to the success of films."
"This
is the second film I am doing with Rasool, I worked
on his earlier film Okkariki Okkaru. Rasool has also
done this film with taste, he has taken a lot of care
about the script and has worked on it for the past
two years. People will definitely like this film and
it is bound to be a big success."
Prakash
Raj who spoke next said, "Bhageeratha is
a well known person in Hindu mythology, he brought
down Ganga for the welfare of people. Same way when
someone sets out to do something impossible it is
called 'Bhageeratha Prayatnam'. The story of the film
revolves around the hero who takes upon himself the
task of transforming the villain and in turn doing
good to his people."
"Ravi
Teja will be seen more as a lover boy than a fighting
kind of hero. Rasool has done a great job of directing
the film. My character is obviously the villain who
changes in the end."
Rasool
who is directing his second film after the success
of Okkariki Okkaru, said, "This is the first
time that we are meeting the press after starting
the film. The basic purpose of this meeting is to
inform everyone about the title of the film. I would
prefer that the discussion about the film is kept
after the release and the audience have seen it. My
first film has been a simple class film, so this film
will be a total mass film."
"The
shooting of the film is going on non stop, about 60-70%
of the talkie part has been shot. The music of the
film is by Chakri, and four songs have already been
recorded. We are planning a August release for the
film."
Producer
Satyanarayana Reddy said, "The story of
the film was what pulled me towards the project, the
concept is really great. The director has done a great
job and we are hoping for a tremendous hit. The shooting
of the film started somewhere during November last
year, but Ravi Teja was busy with the shooting of
Badra so we put this film on hold and now we are completing
the film. The audio of the film will most probably
be released in the first or second weeks of July."
Shriya
who is the female lead opposite Ravi Teja was missing
from the press meet. Senior actors Vijay Kumar and
Sudha were also present.
