Ravi Teja's latest film in the direction of Sobhan is titled as Chanti (the hero). This film introduces Krishna Kishore - son of famous producer KC Sekhara Babu - as the producer on the Vijaya Bala banner.

KC Sekhara Babu said that shooting of this film was taken place at locations like Palakollu, Rajahmundry and Sangareddy as it has the village backdrop. Shooting of this film is almost completed. Chanti (the hero) would be releasing on 22nd October on the eve of Vijaya Dasami. The story of Chanti is about how a youngster achieved the objective of his life. Charmy is playing village belle in this film with different dressing style, costumes and attitude.
