Shooting of Sumanth’s latest film ‘Classmates’ is going on at Koti Women’s college now. Sumanth, Sada, Sunil, Siva Reddy, Sravanthi Ravi Kishore and Vijaya Bhaskar attended this press meet. Here are the excerpts.

Director Vijaya Bhaskar said, “This film has fresh kind of narration. it’s a youthful entertainer with good music. Sirivennela’s lyrics and Koti’s music is going to help a lot.”

Classmates will be a big hit - Sumanth
Hero Sumanth said, “I am against talking about success of a film when it is under production. But I am making this film an exception. I am very confident that this film will become a big hit. Because this kind of film was never made in Telugu so far. I missed ‘Nuvve Kavali’ film in the combination of Vijaya Bhaskar and Sravanthi Ravi Kishore. I am happy to have worked for Classmates.”

Heroine Sada said, “When I was offered this character I felt that the character of Kamalinee in this film is better. But now I can confidently say that each and every character in this film is unique.”

Sunil said, “I am doing the role of Baddu, who is a friend to hero. I saw the original version in Malayalam. It reminded me of my college days and classmates. Everybody will feel the same after watching the film.”

April 3rd week release - Sravanthi Ravi Kishore
Sravanthi Ravi Kishore said, “We started the film in the month of December 2006. Now the shooting is almost complete except for 2 days of talkie and 3 songs. We will shoot two songs in Araku valley. We are planning to release the film in the 3rd week of April. This film is a feel-good film with realistic approach. Vijaya Bhaskar is an expert at handling these kinds of scripts. Casting of the film is very apt.”
