Teja is directing a film with new faces for a film titled Oka ‘V’ Chitram. This film introduces Pradeep Pinisetty (son of Raviraja Pinisetty), Vamsi, Poonam Kaur (Miss Andhra 2005) as main leads. This film also introduces Sri Murali (Music director), Sandeep Reddy (cinematographer and son of S Gopal Reddy) as technicians. Dasari’s production house Siri Media Pvt Limited is producing this film.

Speaking on the occasion Prasad (of Siri Media said), “Siri Media was started 3 months back and entered into distribution and production. Our distribution started with Jai Chiranjeeva film followed by Style. Oka ‘V’ Chitram is our first production venture. Dasari is known for introducing new actors and actresses in his films. So is Teja. Siri Media is also willing to introduced new directors if they come up with interesting story concepts.”

An experimental film with commercial padding - Teja
Director Teja said, “I wanted to make a film with another hero with another story. But the newly introduced slab system forced me change my plans. My film Chitram brought revolution in Telugu film industry and trigged off production of many more small films. Now industry has become stale with no good entertainers releasing. And it is the right time to make another different film. Dasari’s intention of making this film is to encourage small film. My intention is to make a profitable film. This film is neither a love story like Chitram nor an action film like Nijam. This film is an experimental film with good commercial padding. When two filmmakers like Dasari and Teja join together, that itself is ’Oka Vichitram’ (one wonder). This film has two heroes and three heroines. Dasari is going to officially introduce these new faces in audio function which is slated for the next Saturday. In the publicity also we are not showing the faces of main leads. We are going with a faceless campaign in order to create curiosity among the public. I conceptualized this story during the making of Chitram film. This film is going to be neither in Teja style nor in Dasari style. This film is not a love story as there are only two shots on love in entire movie. Most of the film is shot in Hyderabad (especially in Ramoji Film City). Tammareddy Bharadwaja is helping us in production and his experience is coming handy in controlling budget. I am doing this film after a gap of an year. This film is going to release after the releases of biggies of Summer."
