Mohan Babu is going to remake Tamil Blockbuster Adi Thadi (Satyaraj) in Telugu as 'Political Rowdy' with a tag line (Premalo Peddadu). Paruchuri brothers felt that this subject would be apt for Mohan Babu as suggested AVS Adinarayana as director for this film. AVS Adinarayana directed a couple of flops in the past and he rechristened his name as Aadi and directing this film. Paruchuri brothers adapted basic storyline from original and adapted it to suit the style of Mohan Babu and nativity of Telugu. Shooting of this film would start in Tirupati on 28th of this month. The hero character in this film has got all shades, said Mohan Babu.

Paruchuri Gopala Krishna said that he has been waiting to work with Mohan Babu again after a long gap. People come to theaters to listen the powerful dialogue delivery of Mohan Babu and dialogues do play a vital role in blockbusters of Mohan Babu. Political Rowdy is basically a love story of a rowdy falling in love with a young and beautiful girl. Few burning contemporary issues are also being clubbed into narrative of this film to make sure that social message is sent across to the audience along with entertainment. He remembered the days when he took just a couple of days to write dialogues for Mohan Babu's blockbuster Assembly Rowdy. Now Paruchuri brothers have taken 14 days to write dialogues for Political Rowdy. Paruchuri Brothers opined that director Adi is very talented and he would make it big with this film.

Director Aadi thanked Mohan Babu and Paruchuri brothers for casting him as director for Political Rowdy. This story is an apt one for Mohan Babu. He has been working with Paruchuri brothers for the past 5 years.
