Press meet of Ride film was held at Annapurna studios on the evening of 6 April. This film features Nani, Tanish, Shweta Basu Prasad and Aksha in the main leads. Poster designer turned director Ramesh Varma is directing this film. Singer Hemachandra is making his debut as music director with this film. Bellamkonda Suresh is the producer.

Nani said, “My instinct and gut feel says that Ride will be a super hit film. It will satisfy all the people. For me, it is the perfect follow up to my work in Ashtachemma. I am all excited about this film.”

Actor Tanish said, “This is the second film for me (Nachavule), Nani (Ashta Chemma), Shweta Basu Prasad (Kotha Bangaru Lokam) and Aksha (Yuvatha). A film like Ride was never made in Tollywood so far. All songs in this film are different. It is a friendship film in Telugu that is coming after Prema Desam.”

May 9 release – Bellamkonda Suresh
Producer Bellamkonda Suresh said, “80% of the shoot of the movie is complete so far. We are aiming for 9 May release. I am hopeful that Ride will be a good movie. Singer Hemachandra is making his debut as music director with this film. I am impressed with him and I am going to hire him for my next venture with a big hero.”

Uppalapati Ravi – executive producer said, “Bellamkonda Suresh is a family friend and I had always wanted to work in movies. Ramesh Varma gave an inspiring story. We started the production in seven days after Ramesh Varma narrated the story to us. Cinematographer Shyam K Naidu is doing an amazing job.”

Music director Hemachandra said, “I would like to thank Nallamalupu Bujji who recommended me to Bellamkonda Suresh. He selected wonderful songs. I am loving what I am doing.”
