Shooting of Mohan Babu's Political Rowdy is going on near Durgam Cheruvu lake in Hyderabad. A few love scenes between Mohan Babu and Charmy are being canned. Mohan Babu arranged a press meet to share the progress.

Mohan Babu said that the second schedule of the shoot is going on from 18th May onwards for 28 days. Mohan Babu is having several get-ups in this film. The get-up he has now is that of a young man. As per the situation Charmy wants to see Mohan Babu as youth and Mohan Babu comes in this get-up to impress her. This film is Telugu remake of Tamil hit film Adithadi. This film has the backdrop of politics and love. Mohan Babu's typical style of dialogues and characterization is evident in this script. Abbas is doing a role in this film as well. Prakash Raj is playing a vital role.

Charmy said that she has been working for this film for the past 5 days. She thanked Mohan Babu for providing disciplined environment and dedicated team members. She is playing the role of Kaveri who is a sophisticated, sweet and bubbly girl.
