Success meet of Vennela film was held at Film Chamber on the morning of 27th December 2005. This meet was attended by Raja, Sharvanand, Ravi Varma, Deva Katta, Ravi, Sachi, Haranadh, Uttej and Sridhar Reddy.

Producer Ravi said that the film is running successfully towards 50 days in all released centers. Initially this film was released in 3 theaters of Hyderabad and the count of theaters went up with the positive buzz it generated. Audio platinum disc function was celebrated a few days and they are planning to celebrate double platinum disc function very soon. Director Deva hs got lots of talent, he added.

Executive producer Haranadh Policharla said that the character of Sharvanand in this film is inspired by a real-life character. He opined that story is the hero of this film.

Director Deva Katta said that they were confident about the success of the film right from the beginning. He thanked Mahesh Shankar for giving fabulous music. He also opined that the camerawork by Raja Ratnam is very good. He said that Uttej’s dubbing for Khadir character is an asset.

Uttej said that he gave voice-over for puppet shows before venturing into films. It is nice to get a break as dubbing artist in this film.

Producer Sachi said that they have achieved big success with youngsters.
