Muhurat of NTR’s latest film on Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Productions banner was held on the morning of 13 February at Annapurna studios. NTR sounded the clapboard, VV Vinayak switched on the camera and Seenu Vytla directed the first shot.

Bellamkonda Suresh said, “NTR’s Aadi in our banner was released on 28 March and went on to become a blockbuster. We are taking this film as a prestigious project and I am sure this film too will create sensation like Aadi.”

Director Santosh Srinivas said, “NTR Has okayed the story immediately after listening to it. The trust NTR kept on the story made me more responsible towards this project.”

Kona Venkat said, “There used to be violent and serious films earlier. But entertainment films are doing well at box office now. This film is going to be a huge mass entertainer. If you add NTR’s stardom to Kandireega energy, you will get this movie. 2013 year is going to be special for NTR as 3 of his films (Baadshah, Harish Shankar movie and this film) are releasing this year.”
