The teaser of Bhairavam, fronted by Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas, Nara Rohith and Manchu Manoj, was released at an event in Hyderabad and it promises drama, thrill and adrenaline-pumping action in equal measure.
Close to one-and-a-half minute in length, it opens with Sreenu (Bellamkonda) piercing a knife into his opponent before we are introduced to Jayasudha and Nara Rohith. A worried Jayasudha had a dream and she narrates the contents of it to Rohith, while equating Sreenu to lord Krishna. The characters played by Sreenivas, Rohith and Manoj seem to be thick friends but a danger is lurking around the corner, threatening their existence and this is what bothers Jayasudha. But Rohith assures her that everything will be alright. Other characters like Ajay, Sandeep Raj, Aditi Shankar, Anandhi, Divya Pillar are also introduced. Without delving much about the plot, the clip crescendos with Sreenivas’ powerful dialogue: “Aa Ramalaxmanulani samudram daatinchatanaki Anjaneyudunte, ee Ramalaxmanaluki ae kashtam rakunda chuskotaniki ee Seenu gadu unnadu.”
Rounding up, the teaser catches your attention with its intensity and high-octane action, promising a gripping and action-packed cinematic experience. While it gives a peek into what seems to be an intriguing plot packed with friendly bonhomie, unexpected twists and complex characters, the pulsating background score by Sricharan Pakala perfectly complements the adrenaline-charged visuals, building up tension with every frame. The trio of Bellamkonda, Rohith and Manoj are first-rate while the production values are lavish.
A remake of Tamil hit Garudan, Bhairavam is directed by Vijay Kanakamedala of Naandhi fame, while KK Radhamohan has produced it.
