The trailer of Kiran Abbavaram-fronted Dilruba is out and it promises a quirky love story with a high dose of action and romance.
Spanning 2:38 minutes, the trailer opens with Siddhu (played by Kiran Abbavaram) who has his own philosophy about love. He is heartbroken from a previous relationship. Now, he is being chased by Anjali (Rukshar Dhillon), a tomboy. While at first he is reluctant to respond to her, he soon gives in. Their romance takes centrestage for a while, with Siddhu claiming to Anjali that he’s addicted to her and that he needs her for all 365 days. There comes a point where Anjali demands an apology from Siddhu but he’s not giving it, leading to strife in their bond. “Why should I apologize when I haven’t committed any wrong?” Siddhu maintains and adds that everyone who doesn’t do any wrong is a hero in his eyes. “The guy who realizes his mistake is even a bigger hero,” he goes on. The rest of the trailer is dotted with high-octane action and is high on emotions as well. It concludes with Siddhu’s ex saying that a human who loves is great.
Summing up, the trailer promises a tale of unabashed passion, intense drama and chaos. It mirrors heartfelt moments of the lead’s pair relationship, vulnerabilities and differences, setting the stage for what seems to be a violent love story, which is also high on emotions. Kiran and Rukshar share a crackling chemistry while the coastal backdrop adds a layer of freshness to the narrative. The only grouse is that background score has a hangover of Animal score. The production values are lavish.
Written and directed by debutant Viswa Karun, Dilruba is a joint production venture between Ravi, Rakesh Reddy, Jojo Jose and Saregama, and opens in cinemas on March 14.
“దేవుడు ఎప్పుడు మాట్లాడటం మానేసాడో తెలుసా?
మనిషి మోసం చేయడం మొదలు పెట్టినప్పుడు”#DilRuba trailer is interesting with the director revealing the entire plot.
It’s about a guy with an attitude who neither says sorry nor thank you.
