The teaser of Odela 2, a sequel to Odela Railway Station and fronted by Tamannaah Bhatia, is out and it promises a visual extravaganza with a perfect blend of mystic and thrill.
Spanning close to two minutes in length, it opens with Odela village before we get to see an aerial image of a tractor, a cycle and a wounded man being buried alive. The cycle has no rider and we see it passing on a deserted road. We are later introduced to Tamannah who is playing a Shiv bhakt here. There are mysterious and dark forces at play here and Tamannaah seems to be playing the perfect foil for them.
Rounding up, without delving much about the plot, the trailer weaves a story around the images of men possessed, some dark forces and divine forces, promising thrill, adrenaline-pumping action and paisa vasool entertainment. Sampanth Nandi’s writing skills and director Ashok Teja’s direction shines through in the teaser. The former’s ability to blend mythological themes with thrilling action and adventure showcases his unique creative vision and storytelling skills. Though the teaser doesn’t include any dialogue by any of the characters, the background score by Ajaneesh Loknath generates an atmosphere full of chills and thrills, leaving a huge impact.
A joint production venture between Madhu Creations and Sampath Nandi Teamworks with D Madhu serving as the producer, Odela 2 releases in cinemas soon.
