50 days function of Raja’s Vennela was celebrated at film chamber on the night of Saturday (21st January). Tammareddy Bharadwaja, EVV Satyanarayana and Siva Prasad attended this function as guests.

Tammareddy Bharadwaja said that he attended the audio function of the film and had not inkling then that this film is going to be come a hit. His film Pothe Poni was also due for release when Vennela’s first copy came. Vennela producers released the film and Tammareddy’s Pothe Poni is yet to be released. Bharadwaja expressed his happiness over the success of Vennela.

Ex minister and actor Siva Prasad said that Vennela film is made with good screenplay. EVV Satyanarayana said that Vennela lives up to its title. He spoke to the distributors of Vennela in Ceded and they sounded very happy.

Dubbing artist Uttej said that his voice to the character Khadir got tremendous appreciation. Music director Mahesh Shankar described the success of this film as a team effort.

Kishore who did the role of Khadir said that he never expected this character to become so famous. He called up Deva Katta to join him as an assistant director, but ended up becoming an actor.

Producer Ravi Vallabhaneni said that he would do much better films in the future. Actor Sarvanand said that he got two film offers after the release of Vennela. Actor Ravi Varma said that is like dream coming true as Vennela became a hit and his character got tremendous recognition.
