Platinum disc function of Prabhas - Krishna Vamsi's latest film Chakram was held at Rajadhani Deluxe theater of Dilshuknagar on the night of 2nd April. This function was attended by Krishna Vamsi, Charmy, Chakri, G Siva Raju, AVS, Gowtam Raju and Dayanand (Aditya music). Dayanand presented platinum disc to all the participants.

Speaking on the occasion, music director Chakri said that he is proud of working for this film. He commended Krishna Vamsi as simple looking intelligent. This film should be encouraged as it's a social message oriented film, opined Chakri.

Krishna Vamsi said that he made Chakram to serve the society that has encouraged him and given stardom to him. This film peaches that we should be ever smiling and should spread the happiness always.

Anchor AVS said that there are people who changed their outlook towards life after watching Chakram film.
