Success meet of latest release Mahanandi was held at Prasanth Kuteer on the night of 8th December 2005. Sumanth, Anushka, Kamalakar, R Srinivas and Samudra attended the meet. Here are the excerpts -

Hero Sumanth said, "It has become common to hold success meets for all films irrespective of box office fate. But the success meet of Mahanandi is genuine. The fabulous collections its attractive is the testimony to it. Collections are increasing day by day. Srihari, Anushka and other actors did well. Samudra directed this film with new style. Kamalakar provided great music."

Producer R Srinivas said, "When we wanted to make a good movie, Samudra happened to approach us. We were impressed by his narration and made this film. The success of this film is the result of a collective effort. Mahanandi is going to be super duper hit."

Director Samudra said, "Everybody worked really hard for this film. Mahanandi is reaching very big range at box office. Kamalakar gave good music. He would become a big music director in the future."
