Audio of Mohan Babu's latest film Political Rowdy was released in a grand function arranged in Padmalaya Studios on the night of 11th September 2005. The guests who graced this occasion includes Dasari, G Adisesha Giri Rao, D Rama Naidu, Prof. Venkatrami Reddy, Mohan Babu, Charmme, Tamanna, Srikanth, Vishnu, Manoj, Paruchuri brothers, Brahmanandam, Sandeep Chwowta, Ali, Mallikharjuna Rao, Murali Krishnam Raju, KC Sekhara Babu, Raju Harwani, Sivaji Raja, Gowtam Raju, Suddala Ashok Teja and Jayaram.

Dasari released the audio and gave the cassette to G Adiseshagiri Rao, Dasari and Prof Venkatrami Reddy.

Chief Guest Dasari said, "I am an unsuccessful father with my sons giving me sadness. Mohan Babu is like a true son to me. This audio function is being celebrated in the magnitude of a 100 days function. I introduced him as anti-hero in Swargam Narakam around 29 years back. Mohan Babu holds the same voice and same spirit he had 29 years back. Success and failure should be treated alike. Mohan Babu had many downfalls in his career and every time he bounced back like Phoenix bird that rises from ashes. The key to Mohan Babu's success are efforts, enthusiasm and sincerity. I have listened to the songs of this film and like 3 of them immensely. I know the story of Mohan Babu and it is a very different story for him. On this eve, he requested Telugu heroines imported from Bombay to say 'Namaskaram' to elders in stead of 'Hi'. He asked them to learn giving respect to Telugu film industry that is giving them livelihood."

G Adiseshagiri Rao said that he shares good friendship with Mohan Babu for the past 20 years. He suggested Mohan Babu to go as solo producer in stead of having partnerships when he started his production with Pratigna film.

Music director Sandeep Chowta said, "People tend to say that Mohan Babu interferes. But I would call it as involvement. He has tremendous taste for good music and his involvement only helps me to get the best out of me. It had been a great journey for me from Ninne Pelladatha to Super. I loved doing music to Political Rowdy"

Heorine Charmme said, "Mohan Babu has three different get-ups in this film. It was like working with three different types of Mohan Babu."

In a humble tone Mohan Babu said, "I worked hard for this film like I did for all my previous films. I am hoping for success this time"

Supreme music bought the audio rights. Gangadhar anchored the event.
