Shiva (Naga Chaitanya) is the son of a rich businessman (Jagapathi Babu). Bramaramba (Rakul Preet Singh) hails from a village and pampered by her family (especially father). Shiva falls in love with her at fight sight when he attends a marriage. She befriends her when she comes to Vizag to pursue her studies. Being a traditional girl, she wants him to be just a friend though she expects him to be on her side all the time. Rest of the story is all about how Shiva gets frustrated with innocent and self-centered nature of Bramaramba and then how she realises she too loves him.
Actors: Naga Chaitanya is natural and lovable in this movie. He is superb in the break-up scene and gave mature performance. He is hyper and more active in this character compared to his earlier films. Rakul Preet Singh is nice as female lead who dotes on her father. Her performance in post-breakup episodes is excellent. Vennela Kishore entertains as ‘bharya badhitudu’ with his improvisation and nice comedy timing. Jagapathi Babu is natural as father of hero. Sampath Raj is effective as a doting father of heroine. 
Story - screenplay - direction: Story of the film is predictable except for a twist towards climax. The takeoff of the film reminds us of Ninne Pelladatha (the feud between families). Director Kalyan Krishna who delivered a blockbuster Soggade Chinni Nayana with his debut has made sure that this film too appeals to family audiences. The entire first half is padded with hoards of character artists and comedians. The break-up scene that comes in the middle of second half is excellent. Director and screenplay writer did well for break-up scenes and the following part of the movie. The character of heroine appears innocent and selfish till the break-up scene. That could be the reason why break-up scene worked in such a big way with audiences as they want hero to get away from heroine. However, we connect with the character again once she releases about her inner feelings and prepares herself to confront her father. The way Nagarjuna starts off and wraps the movie up with a voiceover about rajakumarudu (knight in shining armour) is very nice (the prince is the one who has a good heart, but looks and riches don't matter).
Other departments: Songs scored by Devi Sri Prasad are peppy as well as melodious. Background music has really helped in emotional scenes in the second half. Dialogues written by Kalyan Krishna are witty (Vennela Kishore episodes) and sharp (breakup scene). Cinematography by SV Vishweshar is commendable. Editing is fine. Production standards by Annapurna Studios are excellent.
Analysis: First half of the film is just alright. The emotions worked well in the film from the breakup scene that comes in the middle of second half. Plus points of the film are Naga Chaitanya (lot of maturity) and post break-up scenes. On the flipside, story is predictable and screenplay is not engaging in the first half. Director Kalyan Krishna definitely knows the pulse of movie lovers and Nagarjuna definitely understands what audiences want. Raarandoy Veduka Chooddam is a decent family entertainer and had sufficient ingredients to make it work at box office!
