Open letter to Mahesh Babu

Dear Mahesh

I have been a great fan of Super Star Krishna since my childhood. And now my 5-year-old niece and I became a fan of you after watching Murari.

Since then we have been observing you in the press. We follow all the news about you in Internet (since that is the only source for us to know about the movies in India).

Recently, while at shopping, my 5-year-old niece asked me to help her in selecting some shirts for you. I was confused and asked her why she wants to do shopping for you. She said its bothering her for a long time that you do not have enough dresses to wear in functions. That shocked me and after coming home, I went through all the movie sites that carried your pictures. Guess what?, she was right. In all the movie related functions, you were wearing only a precise set of dresses.

No wonder, she started shopping for you and that is one of the reasons behind this letter.

Before you assume that I am invading your privacy on being yourself outside of movies, I wanted to clear few things up. I am only going to talk about, you outside, yet movie related things.

Now coming to point, of being a movie star I understand that you need not worry to maintain a big variety wardrobe, but come on, three shirts, wearing inter changeably all the time. I do not know whether you are getting sick of it, but definitely one-day public would. Its been in my mind quite a while, but I never let it bother me, but being your fan, I couldn't take it any more after seeing pictures of your recent appearance at Boys function, forced me to express my displeasure.

You have a very good dressing sense and I admire you of being so simple besides being such a big star. I know you want to be simple and not to show off like most of these present generation heroes do. Besides that, you still are very successful and lot of people watches you outside of the movies, which is the fact nobody can deny. And you need to have at least a small wardrobe besides those specific dresses to wear for the functions, may be you might feel that I am crossing my limit by saying this. But I still believe that public appearance is part of your being a Movie Star and it does count to be aware of your costumes and other things when it comes to movie related stuff. What you wear in person is definitely up to you, but what you wear and how you carry yourself in public is definitely very important thing and it makes a difference on your image in public.

How you present yourself in public also is as important as your roles in pictures. Good roles fetch you more success in industry and more fans, but pleasant appearance in public helps you in keeping good rapport and in deed it helps on your image and is the path of proving yourself as a real life hero too like Chiranjeevi. Being your fan, I wanted to bring this to your attention and if I can steal a moment of your thought on this, I assume that, I am succeeded.

We want another legend, who carries himself with dignity in and outside of this movie industry, and can make difference. Before okkadu's success, people were talking about your attitude, behavior and judgment besides being you as the best performer and nice human being in the present industry.

Industry people talk good about you when you are in limelight, and put you in the seventh heaven until it lasts. But, it is your fans, have trust in you more than anybody and will keep you going with your efforts and support you at every step of your career no matter how successful your movies are. Because, we know that you never let us down and make us feel proud with your achievements.
