Open letter to Ram Gopal Varma

RGV is a famous director who made movies like Shiva, Kshana Kshanam, Gayam, Govinda Govinda, Rangeela, Satya and on and on in Telugu and Hindi. Agreed he is a great director by the above list but it doesn't mean he can take people for ride. I read his interviews where he insisted people not to see his movies, also said that Andhra people do not encourage when his movies flop. Can you please tell me why should anyone watch a movie called Naach (even the name does not suit the movie, it should be Exposing Aerobics)? The theme of this movie is about an independent choreographer and the very theme is spoiled when she accepts the role offered by some director's friend (who came to know about her only because of Hero in the start of movie). Coming to the Naach part of the movie, where is Naach (dance) in this movie??? I have seen a girl wearing MINIMAL dresses exposing her body and doing some aerobics kind of thing in the movie. To give as an example we have Mass movies like Simhadri and class movies like Manmadhudu where directors know at least what they are doing. When RGV makes a movie on Naach then I would expect he is going for a movie based on DANCE not just on focusing the Heroine self esteem and her body. Good to see that experience directors like RGV make movies for themselves but not for public. I don't want to compare here but movies like Swarnakamalam, Sruthilayalu, Sagara Sangamam are movies based on Naach but not RGV's flick. RGV in his interview also said if he gets any extra amount on what he spent then he says movie is hit, then all the B grade movies are made with minimal funds and they get more profits so shall we compare his flicks with them? Btw I am not criticizing the B grade movies because at least they know they are B grade. RGV, you will get profits for your movies cause you have exposed your heroine very well and it will pull the frontbenchers very well. My sincere Advice in writing this letter is to advice public that please read the reviews before going to this movie and don't feel bad like me cause I have wasted my Money and Time.

Lastly I want to advice all the Journalists of Andhra and also Jeevi that don't ask the question again and again if RGV will make a movie in Telugu. Our cine field is blessed with many protégé directors and actors (whom RGV said he don't even know) and we don't want a movie that will tell something and show something else in turn wasting our time and money.
