Open letter to Prabhudeva

Dear Prabhu Deva,

Being a person with great admiration and passion towards Dance, I have always been your fan. I congratulate you on the National Award for 'Lakshya'. You deserved it since a long time. Being a unique and outstanding dancer in the Indian film industry, you have been very simple. I have watched all your Telugu movies and amazed by the ease and comfort level you have in playing any role: Be it a lover in 'Premikudu', be it a love-mentor in 'Merupu Kalalu', be it a naughty thief in 'Andaru Dongale Dorikithe', be it an enviable next door guy in 'O Radha Iddaru Krishnula Pelli', and be it a sympathetic guy in 'Santosham'. I can go on and on but it will still be less.

I can recognize a song that it is your composition when I see a particular dance as no other dance director can come up with those 'bhangima's. Every time I watch 'Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana' song in Varsham, I do not see Trisha but you. Same goes for 'Main Aisa Kyun Hoon' in Lakshya, I see Prabhudeva and not Hrithik Roshan. I must mention 'Baath Maano' in 'Pukaar' in this context. It is such an eye feast to watch you and Madhuri on screen and that was one of Madhuri's best songs and it is composed by you. Same goes for the many songs that you composed for Chiranjeevi. Hats off to your narration and steps. You are an invaluable asset to Choreography in Indian Films.

Your new venture is 'direction'. I was amazed by the screenplay and direction of 'Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana'. I want to bring up certain scenes which involve Trisha and Siddharth where Trisha washes his jacket and he enacts as if she was actually washing him.

You are only one of its kinds to come up with those ideas. Great going and I am awaiting your next movie 'Pournami'. I wish you all the success in your future Projects.
